Privacy Policy
Your trust matters to us. This policy explains, in plain language, how we handle the information you share.
Last updated: 17 June 2026
Information we collect
We only collect information you choose to share with us — typically when you book a free demo or contact us. This may include a parent's or student's name, the child's age, your phone number or email, and any details you include in your message.
Because our enquiry form opens WhatsApp with your details pre-filled, the information you send is delivered through WhatsApp's messaging service.
How we use your information
We use the information you provide solely to respond to your enquiry, schedule demo or regular classes, share fee and programme details, and keep you informed about your child's learning where relevant.
We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information to third parties.
Third-party services
We communicate with families primarily through WhatsApp and standard phone calls and email. Your interactions on those platforms are also governed by their respective privacy policies.
If we add website analytics in future, it will be used only in aggregate to understand and improve the site, and this policy will be updated accordingly.
Children's privacy
Our programmes are for children, but enquiries and enrolment are made by parents or guardians. We ask that any information about a child be provided by a parent or guardian.
Data retention & your choices
We keep enquiry and enrolment information only for as long as needed to provide our services. You may ask us to update or delete your information at any time by contacting us.
